7: The Jefferson by Sterling Homes

Push through the front door and step into the welcoming foyer. One side of the hallway plays host to a quiet study, while the other offers a powder room.

A dazzling light fixture adds a little pizzazz to the close quarters of the powder room.

Continue down the short hallway and you'll find yourself in the spacious kitchen, a space defined by dark soapstone countertops, elegant light fixtures and commercial-grade appliances.
