1 1/4 pounds salmon, cut into 4 pieces
6 sprigs fresh thyme
2 fresh lemons
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Place fish in a large nonstick skillet and cover with water. Add the thyme and squeeze in the juice from the lemons. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.
