INGREDIENTS
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
16 oz sour cream
2 cans creamed corn
1 can corn, drained
1 1/4 sticks butter
DIRECTIONS
Melt 1 stick butter in a large oven safe bowl.
Blend eggs and sour cream into butter.
Add Jiffy Mix and stir.
Add corn and stir.
Stream ¼ stick melted butter on top of mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
