Welcome to the neighborhood
Martin’s Gate is an exciting new urban community on a Newport hilltop close to many of Northern Kentucky’s attractions and amenities. Because of the extraordinary views, single family homes in this area have undergone significant renovations in recent years, and many new homes have been built nearby to capitalize on the view.
Presented by Meierjohan Building Group and Thomas J. Ackermann Building Co., (Newport Clifton Development, LLC) Martin’s Gate is located along West 13th and 14th Streets.
The Newport Pavilion shopping complex is a four-minute drive from the site. It contains almost 50 stores, including a Kroger Marketplace, Target, and many other retail stores, plus several restaurants and service establishments. Newport on the Levee is a six-minute drive and provides even more shopping, dining and entertainment options.
